Tour Itinerary
 
Day 1: Arrival at Bharmour (Base Camp)
 
Arrive at Bharmour, the sub-divisional headquarters, and base camp for the trek. This quaint town is about 65 km from Chamba and serves as a perfect start to your spiritual and trekking adventure.
 
Check into the accommodation, explore Bharmour’s ancient temples, and receive blessings for the trek.
 
Overnight stay at a guest house/hotel in Bharmour.
 
 
Day 2: Bharmour to Hadsar to Dhancho (18 km drive + 3-hour trek)
 
After breakfast, a 45-minute drive takes you to Hadsar, the last motorable point before the trek.
 
From Hadsar, the trek begins on a well-defined track, with a gradual ascent for about 3 hours, bringing you to the beautiful camping ground of Dhancho (2,280 meters).
 
The scenic views of forests and mountains surround the campsite, making it an ideal spot to rest or camp overnight.

Day 3: Dhancho to Manimahesh Lake (5-hour trek)
 
Begin your journey early in the morning towards the sacred Manimahesh Lake (4,080 meters). The climb becomes steeper as you pass through the Bander Ghati and cross the Gauri Nallah.
 
Along the way, visit Gauri Kund, where it is customary for women to take a dip in the holy waters.
 
The final stretch of the trek offers spectacular views of snow-melt streams and cascading waterfalls from the mountains. If you're fortunate, you'll get a glimpse of Mount Kailash, a spiritual sight for pilgrims.
 
Arrive at Manimahesh Lake and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. Camping here is a truly magical experience, especially if the night sky is clear, revealing a mesmerizing display of stars.

Day 4: Manimahesh Lake to Bharmour (7-hour trek)
 
After breakfast, begin your descent from Manimahesh Lake, retracing your steps back to Hadsar.
 
From Hadsar, a vehicle will take you back to Bharmour.
 
Optional: You can complete the trek in a single day, returning to Bharmour from Manimahesh if desired.
 
Overnight stay at a guest house/hotel in Bharmour or drive back to your onward destination.
