At Sanjeevani Travels Shimla, we provide travel services, not physical products. Our shipping policy refers to the delivery of booking confirmations, travel documents, and itinerary details.
1. Service Confirmation

Once a booking is made, customers receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message within 24 hours.

Details include tour itinerary, payment receipt, and contact details of the assigned travel coordinator.
2. Digital Delivery

All tickets, hotel vouchers, and tour details are sent via email or WhatsApp.

In case of any delays, customers can contact our support team for assistance.
3. Physical Delivery (if applicable)

If any physical documents (permits, passes) are required, they will be handed over in Shimla or at the starting location of the tour.
